Q: Will the people I’ve been dealing with still be here?
A: Yes, Mary and Bobo are still here. But you will also have support from other experienced technicians, drivers and customer-service reps who are committed to keeping you safe and warm.

Q: Will my fuel delivery service change?
A: No, but you will get a delivery from either a Marr or a Pioneer truck now.

Q: When is payment due for my delivery?
A: The same time as before.

Q: Where do I now send payments?
A: Make your check payable to Pioneer Oil and Propane and mail it to 59 Technology Park Rd., Sturbridge, MA 01566. If you make automatic payments now from your credit card, these will continue uninterrupted. Soon, you’ll also be able to access your account online. We will keep you posted.

Q: Will there be changes in my fuel cost?
A: Obviously, the price can change up or down with the world market, but nothing has changed in terms of our pricing policy. We are driven to deliver value. In fact, your price is now guaranteed to be below the state average for full-service companies.

Q: How do my Loyalty Dollar$ work?
A: Pioneer customers earn Loyalty Dollar$ each year they purchase a service plan, and periodically the longer they stay with us. We are starting you off with $50 right off the bat. You can put Loyalty Dollar$ toward the replacement of a wide range of home comfort equipment, including boilers and furnaces, tanks, propane conversions, central air conditioners, etc. You can find more details on a copy of the service plan, which is available on our website.

Q: Who should I call to service my heating system?
A: Call us at the same number as before. Our service department is now bigger, so we can get to you faster, with technicians experienced in solving an even greater range of heating problems. We are available 24/7 in the winter for no-heat calls. You can count on us to do the job right.

Q: How do I schedule a tune-up for my heating system?
A: You can either call us or email a request for a tune-up appointment.

Q: What are your guarantees?
A: We guarantee you fair pricing, we guarantee that your repair will be done right the first time, we guarantee that we will arrive at your home on schedule, we guarantee that we will leave your home the way we found it, and we guarantee that you will not run out of fuel when you receive automatic deliveries. Q: What are your business hours and addresses?
A: Our Pioneer Worcester office at 60 Canterbury St., Worcester, MA 01610, open from Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 4:30p.m. and Saturdays (late fall/early spring) 8a.m. to 12p.m.
After hours, we are on call 24 hours a day for no-heat/delivery emergencies. We also have a Sturbridge office and fuel terminal, open from Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 5p.m., which is located at 59 Technology Park Rd., Sturbridge, MA 01566.

Q: Do you deliver propane as well as oil?
A: Yes, we offer a complete range of propane delivery and service. If you buy propane from someone else, please call us to find out about special incentives through our Advantage Program. And if you don’t use propane yet, we can show you great options to improve your comfort, enhance your lifestyle and save you money.
