Awesome customer service

My boiler stopped working on a Sunday night, two days after moving into my new house. Pioneer had somebody at the house in under a half hour. The technician figured out the problems within minutes and had the heat working within an hour. The next day I called them again to have the boiler tuned up and have some shut-off valves installed in the water lines (hot water heating). Two technicians arrived within an hour and completed the job very quickly. All of them were friendly and informative, and offered advice on possible upgrades without trying to push anything on me. On top of that, the president of the company personally called me to thank me for doing business with them and inform me of the service and insurance plans they offer.

A perfect Pioneer experience

Their prices, discount offers for check payment, willingness to wait a bit for the check than to demand on-the-spot payment before they will come out with oil or to restart a furnace, and their courtesy and friendliness have made my experience as a consumer one of the best I have ever had.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled with the service we got with you guys Sunday. We lost track of our oil levels and, to our dismay, ended up running out of oil and were left in a freezing apartment with no heat or hot water. We made a quick phone call to Pioneer Oil & literally within an hour the delivery truck pulled up to our house…ON A SUNDAY! We use to do business with another local oil company but you have blown them out of the water! We will be going with Pioneer from here on out and will be recommending to friends and family. Excellent customer service; thank you for keeping us warm!”
